What is the best site for downloading stock / quote currency using an API?

I'm not looking for traditional values quote site where the user enters a symbol and get a quote. I want a site that offers an API (application programming interface) that developers can use to integrate actions and futures and options exchange quotes / the application is in a building. If this is not a free service and price to the discussion.
